Welcome 

You’re here because you want something better — better focus, better teaching, fewer distractions.

Our sessions are designed to give you high-quality teaching in a calm and structured environment.

All we ask in return is that you follow these expectations.

1. Be Respectful

Treat:

  • Teachers
  • Moderators
  • Other students

with respect at all times.

The following are not allowed:

  • Bullying
  • Harassment
  • Discriminatory or offensive language
  • Disruptive behaviour

2. Use the Chat Properly

During live sessions:

  • Chat is for relevant academic questions only
  • Stay on topic
  • No spam, jokes, or side conversations

Moderators may:

  • Remove messages
  • Restrict chat access
  • Remove students from sessions if necessary

3. Keep It Professional

This is a learning environment — not social media.

You must not:

  • Share personal contact details
  • Ask others for their contact details
  • Attempt to contact teachers outside the platform

All communication must remain within the official platform.

4. Protect the Content

Our lessons and materials are for enrolled students only.

You must not:

  • Record sessions
  • Take screenshots
  • Share or upload content
  • Send materials to others

If someone hasn’t paid for access, they should not have it.

Unauthorised sharing may result in:

  • Immediate removal
  • Loss of access without refund

5. Come Ready to Learn

You are responsible for:

  • Attending on time
  • Listening and engaging
  • Completing independent work

We provide the structure.
You provide the effort.

6. Disruption & Removal

If your behaviour disrupts learning:

  • You may be removed from a session
  • Your access may be restricted
  • Repeated issues may result in permanent removal

Serious or repeated misconduct may result in removal without refund.

7. Safeguarding

Your safety is important.

If something makes you uncomfortable:

  • Raise it appropriately within the platform
  • Speak to a parent or guardian

Concerns may be escalated in line with our Safeguarding Policy.
