Lessons are structured, focused, and distraction-free.
Students follow along with the tutor, with clear explanations, worked examples, and time to practise.

Yes - students can ask questions using the chat during the session.
At the end of each lesson, the teacher will take time to review and respond to key questions.

Are the lessons recorded?

Yes.
All lessons are recorded and available to watch back anytime, so students can revisit topics or catch up if they miss a session.

Lessons are designed for GCSE students preparing for Maths and English exams.
No prior knowledge beyond school learning is required.

What happens if there is a technical issue?

If a live lesson is disrupted, the recording will still be available.
We will always aim to resolve issues as quickly as possible.

Can I get a refund?

Due to the nature of digital content and access to recordings, refunds are not typically offered once access has been granted.

Is this a replacement for school?

No.
